FIELD GUIDE

How do you use Palam?

Practical steps for research, drafting and review.

Find a legal source

  1. Open Search and write the legal issue rather than a full client narrative. For example: housing need, eviction, descendant.
  2. Select decisions or legislation. Narrow by institution and date when needed. Live scanning can take longer than a search of indexed sources.
  3. Check decision identifiers and article numbers. Do not assume the first result is the latest or the only relevant authority.

QUESTION / TENANCY LAW

Whose housing need is covered?

Article 350 of the Turkish Code of Obligations lists the landlord, spouse, descendants, ascendants and other legally dependent persons. This provision alone does not establish whether a particular eviction claim will succeed.

“kendisi, eşi, altsoyu, üstsoyu veya kanun gereği bakmakla yükümlü olduğu diğer kişiler”

Source: TBMM, Turkish Code of Obligations, enacted 11 January 2011. This is the original enacted text, not a consolidation of later amendments.

Prepare a petition or contract

  1. Open the document studio. Describe facts, parties, dates and the requested outcome. Remove unnecessary personal data.
  2. Generate a draft. Complete missing information and inspect sources; the model can make mistakes even when a source is real.
  3. Edit the text, check procedure and deadlines, then export. Regeneration consumes credits again; exporting an existing draft does not.

Review a document

  1. Choose Review in the document studio and add your text or a supported file. Confirm you have authority to process its contents.
  2. Read findings against the original clauses. A suggested change is not automatically appropriate for your client's position.
  3. Apply changes you accept and review the complete document. Palam does not file it or send it to counterparties.

Manage your account

  1. Check shared hourly and daily credits in the dashboard or Plan & billing. Paid plan selection does not trigger a charge.
  2. Manage cross-border processing consent in Settings. Some AI functions require it; registration does not.
  3. Use Forgot password on the login screen for recovery options. See the FAQ and data-protection notices for more details.
